Public service announcement
A brief suggestion to United: it's remotely possible that your current financial problems are due to the customer-relations policy which requires your employees to blatantly lie about problems. To use a purely hypothetical example, it would not be a good idea to have the people in Boston claim that a plane which is technically still on the ground in Washington D.C. will be boarding in 10 minutes as this would tend to cause people like me not to fly United again.
