Al-Mada names names

From Le Monde:

Iraqi newspaper "Al-Mada" published a list of the profit people of generosities of [Saddam]. Eleven French are quoted, of which Charles Pasqua. A person in charge for the ministry for oil affirms that "law-suits" will be committed to recover "the money of the Iraqi people".

The BBC already has a response from one of the accused.

The inexplicably low-profile IWPR has this somewhat disturbing report which could be either vigilante justice or someone attempting to keep people from talking to the new authorities:

Assassins are systematically stalking former leaders of Baghdad's municipal districts, police and witnesses say. But nobody knows why the campaign of terror is underway or who has launched it.
