I've released a small utility for OS X: Password Generator is an OS X interface for Tom Van Vleck's GPW which generates pronounceable random passwords which much easier for humans to remember. It also works as an OS X service if you install it in /Applications or ~/Applications, simplifying the process of creating secure passwords for websites (Source)
